Sometimes are so easy and others are so hard. I imagine cheating and then have a hard time thinking of what I would eat because I want to lose the weight. I should start a diary of cheating ideas. Thanks for all of your inspiration! You may not think your words matter - but they really do!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
