Think I fall in the skinny fat at the moment. Have some running years in my past and love those long endurance endorphins. Hoping to work in future weights after reaching this weight goal.

You can do it, it’s not just about being skinny it’s about looking and feeling great. Strength training will add that spark to your life. It will make you feel great 👌🏼💪🏼
