today is a pretty good day so far. feeling much clearer headed and that is a big plus. slept to 4am which is a good thing for me and when I got up my calves felt pretty good. Drank a lot of water they felt even better. Yesterday I did more resistance work and less bike riding, I did not plan my diet well and did not want to have way too much exercise for the amount of calories I was eating. need to plan better. I bought some 93% hamburger last week and that is not helping, I need more fat so I made up some bacon, I had a tick of a reaction, tightening of the calves and a bit of fog. so sticking to fatty meats. Still hungry after breakfast so I pulled out a skinny ribeye I had publix cut for me. Now I am full! getting ready to start my workout. I may end up a little high on protein until I get things figured out, but the main thing is to get my system to heal. one day at a time! oh and I am back to my normal weight, which I knew would settle. I never worry about those water gains, they always come off.
