I'm thinking that wine really is the culprit here -- especially as it relates to dehydration and venous insufficiency. No more wine on Sundays, and on Saturdays only if I have an opened bottle (having had folks over for "wine and cheese"). It's going to be quite interesting to see what happens the rest of this week and into next.
