Had an incredible day yesterday doing the Verstovia hike with Laura, Kami, Regi and the two other gals, (I am so horrible with names). We made a great team and accomplished it together!! Burned over 3000 calories, lol. Not sure if I will be doing that again anytime soon though!!
I feel great today, not anywhere near as sore as I thought I would be. Still contemplating whether or not to go to CXWORX today at lunch though. I am tempted to take a rest day.
