This is the most I have weighed in my life (even when I was pregnant with each of my girls!) I am looking to sticking with this challenge and have great results at the end of 4 weeks!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
