I know I wasn't suppost to, but I weighed myself today to see how week one which I started at work is going. I weighed in at 250 lbs. today. I guess I've lost a few pounds. I didn't plan on weighing myself, however my work is going to have a Weight Loss Challenge for those interested. It will start next week Friday, May 14th. We will weigh in then, so I wanted to gauge how much weight I may loose since I plan to participate. It's really exciting and everyone likes a good challenge. The basic plan is to have all participants pay $20. The weigh in is on May 14th and runs for 3 months. On August 14th we will weigh in again. Whoever looses the most weight wins the pot!!! It's super exciting and of course I plan to walk away with the pot!!! I'll keep you posted as we go...

what a great motivation! seeing all your coworkers making healthy choices will be good, you will think twice about grabbing that donut when suzie int he next cubible is watching! and its fine to weigh yourself more often, just dont get discouraged because its normal to fluctuate up and down a bit. just dont get obsessed. good luck to you and your coworkers, but more to you!
