I’m trying to start tracking again. I’ve been eating whatever I wanted for too long, and it needs to stop. My weight is not bad but not what I want it to be either, because I know I can do better.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
