I’d said I’d stop weighing weekly. But I allow a day every couple weeks when I can have a drink and/or eat something more fun than healthy. Took advantage of that Friday so I wanted to see what, if any; difference it made. Now today it’s brunch out with friends....glad I opted for a healthy salad with a beer on Friday!
156.2 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
