So today will not be a vegan day haha. I had some cotija cheese, and some regular coffee creamer in my coffee which I also never do. Still no meat for this guy. Doing good on that aspect, and it shows. I was able to fit into some shorts from 2 or so years ago so that's awesome.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
