I feel good about loosing weight this week. I had to cut down my portion drastically. I do see results. My belly is still around but the rest of me looks good with the help of diet and exercise. I just have to come to terms with the fact that this is a new reality for me. And, I have to pay attention to portion size for the rest of my life.
