I'm actually happy with my weigh in because I eat terribly for the last week. So the fact that I'm down was a true surprise! I've joined a weight loss challenge with my company so I'm hoping/expecting much better progress. DAMN it was easier to put this weight on than it has been to get it off!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
