108/74 w/65 took pill and walked 5430 steps for 2.4 miles, 280.2 kcals and 48 minutes! Boy does a nice walk bring down my BP even more than the pill and I always feel so good after walking! Now need to do some weights for my arms, rather be walking 😆 and I need to get some of those gloves to do it with! The gloves make arthritis hands feel better when lifting even light weights!
