Over the past 2-3 weeks I started belly dancing, 1-7 min workouts daily except on Sabbath.
I have lost weight, inches, feel so much better!
On Aug 8th I will be getting an endometrial biopsy to find out why my uterine lining is too thick and shedded after 2 years of no period. UGH
I plan to live my life SUPER HEALTHY AND FOCUSED ON FITNESS the rest of my days!
