Yesterday, husband and I went to see family he can not remember since he was so little when he saw them last. We went to a church banquet and I ate a lot of asian glass noodles and then I slept and woke up and ate more noodles and popcorn.

I didn't stick to my plan but I'm fine with it because I am counting it as a carb step up day.

Today, I am eating mostly veggies and protein and a bit of fruit but nothing super high carb like noodles.

My calories yesterday were ok but carbs were over 200 so need to keep them really low today and the next few days to stay in fat-burn mode.

Also, belly dancing today with the tablet app and youtube vids. Did some dumbell lifts before even getting out of bed. Did 25 squats (only 50 yesterday so off track then). 75 more squats to go today.

I'm KICKIN it outta the park with this eating/moving thing...gonna get down to 190 then 185 then 180 then 175 and then 170 and keep on goin and goin!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Still belly dancing but added in a 1 min and 7 min workout. I alternate days with the workouts and also incorporated light dumbbell weights!
