I had to go to ER yesterday, I'm so tired of having to deal with the health issues... I feel like I hit a brick wall everytime I think I can get motivated....I can't.

I don't quite think they can figure out what is wrong with me. I have been going in circles... How is everything with you? I hope you are doing well. Sorry I only check my computer when I come into work so I am a bit random, lol.
