Happy with this, yesterday seemed like an unrealistic drop... doing well. Day 4. Very tired and achy from long work hours and gym. Try to drink more water today. I know it is key.
122.7 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
