Why are positive changes so hard? Who are we changing for, ourselves, others, or to fit into some sort of society beliefs? Yes I have alot of questions on my mind today since I am not in such a nervous state. These questions have been nagging me in a really weird way. My answers to the questions are: Postive changes are hard because they take work. You need to be able to summon strength from your body, mind and spirit. Sometimes one needs convince themselves that change is good and not something to be feared. This I have found take not only bravery, but alot of determination too. I know for me I have changed a great many things in my life! I have changed the way I eat, what I wear, how I see certain things, my approach to responding to situations. However there are times when these changes do not seem enough and that is when the nagging give up comes into play. I know I have to fight these feelings and deal with them head on. Now I make my decision to change for me, and nobody else. I had to be willing to make the changes nobody drove me to them, I do not base my self worth on my outwards appearance, I do not want to be starving model thin. I just want to be healthy! So yeah change... is a constant thing that occurs, much like the earth on it's axis keeps moving so must I! [color=green]I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THROUGH HARD WORK AND FAITH I WILL BECOME WHO I ASPIRE TO BE, AND WHOM I WAS MEANT TO BE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT.
