Well done. Seems to be a lot of new British research saying you should have at least 13 hours strait each day without food, all about body food factory processing routines. So no food after 6 or 7 PM each night. Heard a Brisbane digestion track specialist doctor claim it should be 17 hours of fasting!

I would say it would depend alot on your goals and energy requirements, one thing I have learnt in the last 18 months is their is no 1 diet that is the best.
Food is like fuel, different people with different goals and energy needs need different diets.
