I’ve been able to change my intake now from 3100 to 3000 a day! I’m very close to my 100kg goal! So I’m 2 weeks when I reach it I’m gonna try for 95kg! And I want to reach that goal by the end of october! My nutritionist ‘girlfriend’ has been working wonders! So much love to her💖
