My morning prayer walk, 3.78 miles, went to church. Had a blessed time now trying to decide what's for dinner. I tried the Atkins meal called chicken margarita, 410 calories and 7 g of carbs. Could not complete that meal because it was horrible. Do not recommend. I think I will have a turkey burger, no bread and a ceasars salad for dinner.
