Back on track again. Hope I have the determination to stay on track. Since April I managed to gain 15lbs by eating whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. Due to lots of company and eating out and an injury to my right hip, I had all that weight gain. Well enough is enough. Back at it on Fatsecret and working out. My daily goal is to stay within my calories by eating low calorie foods and working out. Every day I resolve to burn more calories than I am eating. The ONLY way I can lose the weight is counting my calories and monitoring my exercise. Got to, got to stay the course. I need to lose at least 30lbs. Would like to do 40 but baby steps. For now I'm just glad that I am decreasing rather than increasing. Why is it so EASY for me to gain weight. LOL Just love food.
