Day 5:
Yassss!
Excited and I don’t want to ruin my diet but having Chinese food for lunch. Anyone know of any delicious low calorie options?
My go to is lemon chicken and fried rice or lomein with broccoli. Worries this might be a set back 😐
229.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Drink lots of water.

avoid eating the lomein or rice or only eat part of it to reduce calories. You can look up the meal online to get an idea at most places
