I have fun working with a small amount of calories to create a meal. It’s like art to me! And I always love a challenge!
I just lost 20lbs in the last 40 days on the HCG diet. I was only allowed certain foods, no sugar(except certain fruits) no carbs (except 2 pieces of Melba toast per day) and only eating 500 calories per DAY! It works! But now for 6 weeks of maintenance until I can start hcg again to lose 15 more. Ugh this is the hard part!
