I tried weighing myself daily this week as an experiment, just to see. . .I was 193 to 190 and then up again to 192, and now 191. Strange! At least I'm down this week, no idea if the sauerkraut has had any effect at all. Anyway, birthday dinner for hubby tonight, I will try not to be too bad!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to weigh in everyday, but it drove me nuts, and caused me to obsess over the scale, now just once a week.

I weigh myself everyday Monday - Sunday and take the average. That's how DEADPOOL12345 showed me to track my weight. Different people do it different ways. 😊

Becc@ Interesting! Since weight changes so much day to day, that actually makes sense! Maybe I will try that this week.

I get on the scale every day too, but I don't obsess about the up and down, so much of it is water, retained by something we ate or extra exercise,,, the list is countless and sometimes no way to figure, the bottom line is the overall trend by the end of the week or month tells us the true progress. or the one I love is when we can see visible changes or clothes fitting better.
