There wont be any loose skin as body knows its of no use, so body burns the skin (proteins) the same way it burns fats. Dont worry.😊Just go for it.☺

@Lovebug59 I've lost 95 lbs over the past year. I have a lot of loose skin, but in all honesty, it looks a hell of a lot better than the rolls of fat, but it was never about appearance. All that matters is how I feel and I feel amazing and confident that I may see my granddaughter grow up. In my case the loose skin is because of age. I'm 52 so I no longer produce the amount of collagen that keeps skin taut like when you are younger.
