Good morning everyone. With some damage done, I am back. I'm sure everyone has seen the showe what not to wear! For me the lesson learned was what not to eat and that over eating of any sort is now a definate NO NO. I can not tolerate that over stuffed feeling, nor the nagging voice in my head saying "why, are you eating this, do you really need this??". However not only was it eating badly it was also eating too much. Pushed my body too far and paid for it. Anyways yesterday for the first time out of the entire weekend I was super productive! Spent the entire day and part of the evening doing housework. Was actually a little sore when I went to bed last night, which was early so that I could read my book! Alittle over half way through book two, which in all honesty is a tad bit boring. Who would have thought that sex on evryother page would be boring, but this is turning out to be. So long weekend is over now, and back to work I go! Wish I had one more day! But nope have to go. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday!! " never doubt the power of a hard knock lesson". There is no mistakes unless you don't learn from them!
