I bought a package of Grass Fed, Organic Ground Beef last night. The package contained about 16oz, not super big. Divided that into 4 to get 4x 4oz servings, BBQ and voila, not a lot of food, compared to what I would have previously eater, and today's restaurant scene. Anyhow my Keto diet has me keeping protein at 35g/serving and this little 4oz square does that. Perspective is really something, and our bodies actually need a lot less food than I have been feeding myself for the last 29 years. Yikes!!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
