Day 1 of my new attempt at looking good again.
Goal 1- Month 1 only eat 1500 calories a day. Get into size 18 by the end of the month of August. Reward will be the good feeling of being able to wear my fav jeans.
Goal 2- Drop calorie intake to 1300 calories a day for month 2. Rejoin gym or find an exercise routine. Weight below 250 by end of August.
Goal 3- tBD
