Trying not to focus on the uptick on the scale. I had steroid shots in both knees on Friday and extra carbs so expected a bump. All the more reason to keep calm and keto on.
331.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
