Tuna Salad Handroll. Oh I am in the mood for sushi. So, made my “own”.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2018:

Yes, it is nori. I bought this brand at Spar. Really good Quality. R42 for 10. Asain markets sell them for waaaay cheaper. Like R150/60 for 500g.

Hi Kobus, if you like sushi that’s the same nori they use in or around the rolls, etc. very tasty and low calorie. A way around a low carb wrap too.
