I'm not sure...I know I cut out most of my caffiene consumption...every once in a while I'll have a piece of dark chocolate, but that's about it. I'll check the book when I get home tonight, and let you know!

I was wondering this too, but did not see it in the "Eat right every time guide" I just got done reading. I think it is ok in moderate amounts. In general though I think it would be a good idea to cut out as much of it as we can. I am a big coffee drinker so am trying to go more to decaff.
