I’m realizing if I wanna get out of the 160’s (4 pounds away about) I’m gonna have to stop shoveling food in my face at dinner... I’m reeeeally bad at portion control. Dinner will be 500 calories, and I’m gonna enjoy 1.5 cups zucchini and a 3 cup salad. 2 Hard boiled eggs for protein. I’d love to get out of the 160’s by next week. You heard it first people! I’m gettin serious

I've started putting my knife and fork down between bites - rather than loading ready for the next one. Still learning from my 'eat anything and not put weight on' husband after 27 years.

I get it! Eating a salad first helps me, too. I'm not a lettuce fan, so I chop up cabbage. I like the texture of being able to bite in and chew, which is a satiating feeling for me.

fish is a higher protein food and properly fixed it is super low calorie. I love fish. so to keep it from getting boring, put a little fish, tuna or salmon with that salad once in the while. 8 oz of tilapia 300+/- calories and it would be hard to eat that much
