In my case, yes the junk is for treats for my children and I eat it with moderation ( like for reals moderation 1-2 cookies max, i don’t need more to satisfy the craving)

Not because it will get me fat (if I don’t consume a surplus of calories I won’t get fat), but because it won’t get me full. I don’t like starving 😳
