I'm mad at myself. I don't know why I can't talk myself out of eating sweets. It's really not good for me. I'm going to try HARDER! Help me Lord.

You've done such a great job with your weight loss, congratulations! My friend and I joined WW at the same time...and she loves sweets too and really struggles. Fruit is sweet...can you have watermelon or cantalope to help your sweet tooth? Frozen grapes are really good too.

I really like frozen grapes. I learned that tip thru doing First Place a couple of years ago. Thanks for the response. I do love cantalope as well, just hard to find a good one around here.
