A little naughty today, knew I shouldn't have had that 1/2 bagel with cut up strawberrys and crème cheese and kiwi on it.. also at supper. Kevin didn't eat the jalepenos poppers from arbys, I did,,,,, I know it was bad, but will get back on schedule tomorrow.. lost 9 so far …. I forgot to put my original weight on here when I started again, it was 233.it was showing a smaller amount.
