I am a big girl 5'5 215 lbs. I ride motorcycles and have big dogs to take care of. Suffer from bad knees and low back pain, so exercise is out of the question. I am currently on a low carb(20)gms. high fat diet, have lost 9 lbs since Jan 16.Need to track better and heard this site will help me with counting and percentages of what i eat. Every thing i lost was in the first two weeks, and nothing recently.
