Slowly it comes off. However, I will say this, I’ve stopped logging food to try to just “live this new lifestyle” and see how I do. Yes I could be excersizing more or eating even less carbs, but overall I’m happy that weight is still coming off and I feel good. Happy Thursday everyone!
164.1 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
