Slowly it comes off. However, I will say this, I’ve stopped logging food to try to just “live this new lifestyle” and see how I do. Yes I could be excersizing more or eating even less carbs, but overall I’m happy that weight is still coming off and I feel good. Happy Thursday everyone!
