This looks like my breakfast today. Chia and flax seeds with whey protein, strawberries and blueberries! Yummy

Mine was similar. Vega protein and greens, berries, coconut water, flaxseed and chia seeds. Looked gross but was very yummy and filling

It's the ingredients listed and 1/2 scoop protein powder blend add 2 ice cubes blend. I only drank 1/2 I don't think I like raspberries....

Help me with protein powder. I have a very strong olfactory system, so taste and smell go hand in hand. I HATE aftertaste of foods. I have trouble with the powders and liquids. What’s the best one???

Probably too expensive, but I love the vegan shakeology from beach body-not the green one though, don’t get the green one
