Stagnancy again, so I am trying to amp things up. Working against the tiredness from adding more to my regiment while still keep up with life/new house things. At least one tire on both bikes is blown and I can't replace just yet. Changed my daily laps around the park from 8 to 10 total, at 5:30 per, giving enough time for Pokestops to regenerate. Added an egg to my smoothies (between 7:30am and 8:30am) to make them more nutritious and longer last since my follow-up meal is usually later (12:00pm). Always plotting. Always planning.
