Fasting BS dropped back down to 161. I now have my med renewed, but skipped it last night to see if the high yesterday morning was repeated. It wasn't, but I will go ahead with this renewed med and hope by the time it is used up that I'll be able to skip it forever! I REALLY want to drop some of my meds and Keto is the best way to accomplish that. My A1c is now 6.5, so I see better days ahead.
It rained today -- my garden is happy about that! I must clean it up and plant the midsummer veggies. I can still plant fall tomatoes, peppers, and pumpkins. The rest has to wait for mid August.
I took a big step today -- I actually sent in a story I've written to a publisher. Nothing ventured, nothing gained! Wish me luck.
