32 pound looks like such a large amount, but I keep reminding myself that once back in 2001 I weighed 248 pounds, and that whole lot more. I keep telling myself that I did this once I can do again. I keep telling myself that it really isn't that painful to keep the weight off once I loose it, for I did that once also, hitting my goal wieght and staying there for 3 years. I tell myself all these things, but all I can think about is 32 pound looks like such a big number.

My DH is out tonight playing cards. Guess what my first thought was when he left..."well now I can eat..." God why do I do this. Well at least I know I'll think this way, and I have stopped myself. One tiny little battle won.

Making smaller goals for yourself is for me, easier to mentally deal with.I want to loose 70 lbs, which is HUGE... but I make small goals which seem easier to achieve and are quicker to reward. Good luck in your journey and remember that we are all in this together...
