ate out for lunch at Fuddruckers w/ TIS's had salad, had them remove almonds, bacon, and bread. 3 cocktails that evening.
I guess the calories killed me, plus it was Friday and I did not work out.
So, today Sat. I'm going to try to get back on track, exercise, eat better, watch the cocktails. and hope to take back the pound I just gave up.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
