I feel good went and saw my doctor yesterday and she is supporting me 100% I was afraid of her cringing as soon as I mentioned KETO but she didn't. I am modifying it slightly, for what's best for me as long as I can still loose weight and maintain it. I don't miss the bread, tortillas, pasta, and Soda I have been ok. I started seeing my doctor about 2 years ago and was at my Max weight of 296 😱 and have been trying everything to stay away from that horrible 300. I feel good and I see my back problems are starting to fade even with just loosing 30+ Lbs. I am going to keep going my next goal is getting below 250. I can do this!
263.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
