I’m finally hitting my macros I’m maintaining a good size and I’m looking a lot thinner! The podge is going💪🏻 I am struggling to keep as low as 220g carbs though..... I work a good job painting and decorating and I train regular so it looks like it might just have to stay around the 270g mark. I eat really well and it’s all in the region of good food but unfortunately I have to eat to maintain the energy needed for day to day life so looking like anyone of love island isn’t gonna happen🤣🤣🤣 I’m happy and that is the main💪🏻 Have a great Friday FS friends
