I bought one of Jillian's DVD's a month or two ago. I used it for the first time today! :) It's the 30 day shred workout DVD. It looked pretty promising when I got it.
It was definitely not easy, but I got through the workout alive. I really liked it, because it challenged me. About ten, fifteen minutes afterwards, I felt great! :D
I hope I will not be sore tomorrow, and will definitely do the workout again. I am determined to lose the 33 lbs.
Healthier diet and daily workouts here I come! I am starting school soon though, so I really hope that doesn't get in the way too much :(
