So, I'm back from my vacation in Ireland, which was a BLAST!!! I enjoyed the food (obviously), and drank more in the past week than I have in the past 2 years, which helps explain the 5 lb weight gain - bummer! I'm also somewhat puffy, probably because my body really doesn't metabolize alcohol very well, so some of that may be water retention. I know that Saturday my ankles were pretty swollen after sitting in airports and on airplanes for roughly 21 hrs, yuck! So, for the next few days I'll be cutting down on calories, eliminating alcohol and ramping up the exercise, while trying to get back into the swing of things at work. Yeah, that's always fun....
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
