Down another 1/4 lb, not surprising since there were cookies at work again & we ended up having dinner at Fazoli's. I did get in a good run afterwards. I've been working on increasing speed, and I managed to run 2.25 miles in 25 minutes. Tonight will be leftovers (probably beef fajitas) followed by the elliptical.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
