I just had my baby a week ago, and I’m breast feeding. I was very sick during my pregnancy so I lost some weight. But now that he’s out, and I’m breast feeding, I need to fatten my milk up, by eating more carbs and proteins. So I’m supposed to be consuming 500 more calories a day than what I’m already supposed to. But I had my settings set for losing weight. But I’m not trying to gain weight. I’m just trying to maintain what I consume to make sure the milk is nutritious enough for him. And I’m trying to use the app again to make sure I’m consuming enough calories. But is there a way to manually change my calorie consumption on the app? So it doesn’t look like I’m going over all the time.

on my phone, if you touch the menu (top left on mine) and go to settings, down at the bottom under general, it should have your RDI. you should be able to go in there and manually make it whatever calories you want before you save it again.

Also, how do you create a bio? As far as the one that stays there on your profile for good. And not just a post/diary.
