Well, it was not such a good month. And a slight gain this week. Slight gains are not so bad,unless they become consistent. And that seems how June was for me. So now is time for getting back on track and no more treats.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
